Esmach EGR - 2B Automatic Bread Moulder

This is a machine for working bread dough, made up of a rotating divider, a first shaper, a rest mat, a second directable shaper, and a long loaf moulder which, by working with different sequences and combinations, can be used to make all the classic rolled bread shapes.
