Tiromat Thermoformer Food Pack machine, the thermoformer is a toromat compact, has 3 sets of dyes.
Die box 290x215mm
Dye set 1- 285x210mm 1 x Tray
Dye set 2- 210 x 135mm 2 x tray
Dye set 3- 210x 85mm 3 x Trays
This has a gas flush and comes complete with Vacume Pump and can accommodate printers and Depositors into the cycle if required. It can gas flush, vacume pack or just pack normally.
It oparates about 6/8 cycle per minute dependent on programme.
We have two types of film which we will sell with the machine. Black 500 micron- se,i rigid and clear 125 micron heatable film. Approx 8 rolls of each with top film also. The film width is 320mm.
Costs-Dependant on film type, for example the 500 micron film (thickness the machine will run) works out about 8p per tray.
