Mono Bread plant Mono Bread Plant 2006. The Mono V3 Bread Plant and has been ergonmically designed to be positioned against a wall or even more conentently into the corner of a a bakery.

The compact V3 incorporates a divider, intermediate prover and multi- function moulder and is a genuine one- personoperation that can be controlled and un- loaded from one central position.

The V3 Achieves excellent dough handling Characteristics and dough piece weight consistency through a range of bread products, including french bread, oven bottom bread and tin bread. The plant dough piece weight range is from 250 grammes to 1000 grammes.
