DB10- Esmach 24 piece and 12 piece Hydraulic Divider
The Divider is a Automatic machine for dividing dough into pieces. It is designed for professional use and is easy to use with its angled rectangular bowl. Its operating cycles, compression, dividing as 12/24, ejecting the dough piece, locking and unlocking the lid are automated.
A calculator enables the weight of the dough piece to be divided to be calculated.
The structure of the Machine is a welded steel frame, the Hydraulic Divider is 3 phase 400 v 50hz.
